Hi, I’m Maree — founder of Resilient Life Fitness.
For years, I approached my health and fitness the same way so many women do —
for a goal, a timeline, a specific outcome. Ever tried to lose weight for a wedding? Special event? A vacation? Me too…
And every time I reached that event it wouldn’t take long afterwards that I eventually would find myself right back where I started.
Not because I didn’t know what to do—
but because nothing about my approach was built to last.
That’s what led me to completely shift how I view fitness, nutrition, and what it actually means to take care of yourself.
