I don’t believe in quick fixes, all-or-nothing plans, or starting over every Monday.

I believe in:

  • Building habits that actually fit your life

  • Getting stronger—physically and mentally

  • Creating a routine you can stick to long-term

Because this isn’t about perfection.

It’s about resilience.

Why I Do This

I’ve seen how easy it is to fall into the cycle of:
Start → Stop → Start again → Feel frustrated → Repeat

And I’ve also seen what happens when you break that cycle.

When you stop chasing perfection and start focusing on consistency—
everything changes.

That’s what I want for you.

WHY I UNDERSTAND

For years, I approached fitness the same way many women do.

Now, approaching 50, I can see that the problem was never motivation, discipline, or knowing what to do.

The problem was that nothing about my approach was built to last.

I chased numbers on the scale.

I chased vacation deadlines.

I chased special events.

I chased "I'll be happy when..."

I thought if I could just reach the next number on the scale, the next vacation, or the next milestone, I'd finally feel successful.

And sometimes I did reach those goals.

But eventually I found myself starting over again.

Not because I didn't know what to do.

Because nothing about my approach was built to last.

Over time, I learned that lasting change isn't about finding the perfect plan.

It's about building habits, routines, and a mindset that fit your actual life.

That's why I coach differently.

I don't teach perfection.

I teach consistency.

Because consistency is what changes your life.
